Instructions

2. Create your own coupon page.

You’ll then see a web link to your custom coupon. Click “View My Coupon” to open your coupon in a new browser tab or window.

3. Save your coupon page link.

Bookmark your coupon in your web browser so you can find it again.

4. Now share your coupon with friends!

There are three ways to do this:

• Email the web link for your coupon (the one you bookmarked above) to your friends. Then, they can go to your coupon on the web and print one for themselves. (Just click the envelope button on the form above to open your email application and send a message.)
• Use the Facebook and Twitter buttons on the form above to share the web link to your coupon with friends via social networking.
• Print as many of your coupons as you like and give them to friends.

How often can I use the $50 discount?

You receive one $50 discount for each friend you refer who receives treatment or purchases skin care products at any CVL location.

How often can my friends use the $50 discount?

Each of your friends receives the $50 discount only once, after treatment or purchase of a skin care product at any CVL location.

Does the $50 discount apply to Varicose Vein treatment?

No. For insurance reasons, we cannot offer the discount for varicose vein diagnosis or treatments.
